The processing of data is authenticated according to the GRDP (EU) 2016/679 as required for the execution of the contractual relationship, to formalise the reservation of SERCOTEL services and/or products.
The processing of the data contained in your Curriculum Vitae is based on the pre-contractual relationship in which the interested party/candidate is a part and the consent granted.

The purpose of collecting and managing your personal data through the registration form is to allow the management of a commercial, financial and administrative relationship with the clients for everything related to the services and accommodation at our hotels.
The purpose of collection or spontaneous mailing of your Curriculum Vitae is to study the various candidates, so that our Human Resources Department can proceed to the selection of the candidates with the ideal profile to be incorporated into the company.
Additionally, the user can authorise SERCOTEL to manage their data for promotions and for marketing, including emailing of commercial communications relating to the mix of products and services that we offer, as well as those related to the hotel sector (travel, gastronomy, leisure, etc.)
Retention of data
Data will be retained during the lifetime of the administrative and/or commercial relationship between the interested party and SERCOTEL. Furthermore, the timescale provided by legislation specifies the minimum period that this data should be kept available.
If the user wishes to exercise their right to suppress or oppose use of the data, their data will be blocked and then destroyed in a way that respects their confidentiality.
Recipients of the data
Recipients of the data are third parties who are responsible for its management and who provide their services to SERCOTEL, with whom a corresponding agreement has been drawn which guarantees their compliance to RGPD and the appropriate security measures.< p>
